Owls: Defender Anthony Gardner will be pushing to feature on Saturday after missing Tuesday's game against Birmingham with a hamstring injury.
Elsewhere there are no fresh injury concerns for the Owls following the impressive 3-2 win against the Blues.
Millwall: The Lions posted their first victory of the season on Tuesday away at Peterborough, winning 2-1.
Skipper Paul Robinson is unlikely to be involved at Hillsborough as he continues his recovery from a groin injury.
Tamika Mkandawire (knee) will also be sidelined on Saturday. The defender has been out since last November but is making steady progress on the training field.
